Q. What does a monument cost?
A. Monument prices depend on a number of factors. Prices vary based on shape, size, design and colour. For pricing information we encourage you to contact us.
Q. Can I purchase a stone in the winter?
A. Yes, you can purchase a monument during the winter. However, monuments cannot be installed until the ground has thawed and the snow has melted. Memorials that are purchased during the winter have priority after those that are purchased after. Meaning that your memorial will be installed once we are fully operational again in the spring.
Q. How long does the memorial last?
A. Our memorials have been proven to withstand the test of time. As we only work with granite the life of your memorial is carved into stone.
Q. What are the memorials made out of and where do they come from?
A. Our memorials are entirely granite which is sourced from around the world. Different colours originate from different geographical regions. While our distributers are based out of Quebec the granite is from China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Namibia, Canada- just to name a few.
Q. What area do you serve?
A. We are based out of Wynyard, Saskatchewan Canada and serve the surrounding area. If you are curious if we will deliver a stone to your town please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q. How long does it take from purchase to installation?
A. Because we are a small business that uses traditional methods it does take a few weeks from the time of purchase to delivery. For monuments purchased during the winter months; production will begin on your monument in mid/late April.
Q. Can I get my own photo's laser etched?
A. Yes! We encourage monuments that are as unique as the lives they represent. Which is why we provide laser etching as an option for customization. We have a long history of laser etching unique farm scenes, landscapes, portraits and personal affections. Laser etching allows for unparalleled personalization.
Q. How customizable is the process?
A. The process is fully customizable to your unique desires and needs. We want this to be a memorial that will feel true to the person who it belongs. We offer a wide selection of different types of granite colours, polishes and sizes. As well as hundreds of images that can be incorporated into the design. We also offer laser etching and accessories to make the monument unique. If you have any questions regarding customization we encourage you to contact us.
Q. Does the price include all of the letters?
A. The price does include the majority of the letting on the monument. There are additional charges for letting on the back of the memorial and particularly long verses or passages.
